Delivery Policy Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays, and some far areas. Please check on the Royal mail website to be more certain. we pride ourselves on ensuring every order is picked and packed with care and sent out to you as quickly as possible. Usually, we deliver the next day if ordered before 1pm on weekdays, Our aim is to provide you with excellent service, and whether you’re ordering for a loved one or yourself, rest assured the jonathans watches team will deliver this time and time again. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched Please note delivery to remote locations may take more than 2 working days, see our terms and conditions for more info. UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) Free on all orders Place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday to receive it in 2 working day. For some locations it takes more. please allow extra 1-2 working days for unexpected reasons. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched

Next day delivery is royal 24 delivery with 96% accuracy.

Free Returns Policy!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Our returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back and receive a full refund* if you contact us via Email or WhatsApp . Please follow the steps below. Nearly all refunds are processed the day they are received.

At Jonathans watches, we make every effort to describe and display our products as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected.

Returning Unwanted Items
Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order.

In order to return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a full refund*, the following conditions apply:

You have to inform us within 14 days of receiving the item, and then return the item within 14 days of that communication
The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, guarantee and extras that was included within it
Earrings, belly bars and other items of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless the tamper seal or sealed bag is still intact
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours
Certain watches require adjustment to ensure good fit. Please refer to our bracelet adjustment policy to ensure you maintain your refund eligibility.

How To Return Items
To ensure we can process your return quickly and efficiently, please follow the below instructions:

Along with the original dispatch note, include a cover note inside the package detailing the reason for the return. If you have misplaced your dispatch note, please add your order number to the cover note.
please contact us to receive a barcode for return (we charge 6£ for the shipping and handling return)

Take your package to your local post office (we also suggest you ask for proof of postage)

Refunds
When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure it’s eligibility for refund.

Our team endeavours to process refunds as quickly as possible and most refunds are processed on the same day they are received. Once processed, your refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. We will let you know by email when your refund has been issued. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for the money to reach your account.

Faulty items
If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) within the first 30 days of ownership, you will be eligible to receive a replacement provided that you inform us within a 30 day period.

If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) and you return it outside of 30 days of ownership, we will require your item to be sent for a repair.

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic our approved service centres are experiencing up to a 10 week delay.

Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above. If returned by standard postage, we offer a reimbursement of up to £20. For further details regarding your rights in relation to faulty goods, please see our Terms & Conditions.

Please be advised that your item(s) may have a limited warranty with the manufacturer, and as a result of this, some faults are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable. Also any items that have had battery change done by third party are not eligible to be returned

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please return your unwanted items using the same returns process as described above. Once you have been refunded, you can then order a new item(s) to replace those that are unwanted *under the conditions set out in our returns policy. Please see Terms & Conditions for more info.

Lost Packages

For peace of mind all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked service by Royal Mail with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit.  Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to replace or refund orders lost in transit however once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.

Normally, you would have to sign for orders over the value of £500, however because of the COVID-19 pandemic, steps have been taken by couriers to provide contactless delivery. Please see the Royal Mail  website for further details on contactless delivery.
