Dispatch Timelines

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Guaranteed for orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays.
  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Bank Holidays: Our warehouse is closed on public holidays; dispatch times will be extended.

Delivery times over public holidays and for some remote areas may be extended.

Shipping Options & Delays

  • Standard UK Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Free on all orders). Please allow 2+ working days, especially for remote locations.
  • Express Delivery: DPD Local Express Next Day. The next-day delivery accuracy is 96%, and we cannot control the unexpected delays.
  • Courier Delays: We pack and dispatch rapidly, but delivery transit times depend on the logistics companies. We do not refund express delivery costs if a parcel is delayed by the courier, unless the dispatch delay was caused directly by our warehouse.

Free Bracelet Promotion

  • To claim a free bracelet, it must be added to your cart before checkout.
  • If it is not added, the system automatically processes the order without it. We can still send the bracelet afterward upon request, but you will be responsible for covering the delivery cost.
